Certain persons staged a coup within the Michigan Assembly, the very ones the TMA© Roadmap identified with objectivity and behavior, and those same persons that either violated their word (agreement) with TMA© or left the assembly by withdrawing said agreement and currently trying to commit an impersonation crime by acting as if they are us and rebooting the assembly unnecessarily. Please go over the 1st and final notices along with supporting evidence files attached to each notice.  All files are derived from public information that anyone has access to.

The Michigan Vicar Generals don't seem to know who Anna Von Reitz is.  Do they know her in your state?

What happened to "inheriting" our credit?
Why are some of us blackballed from such "inheriting", and yet GFG is still making overtures to change my FRNs into AFDs, which don't exist.  Who's the one doing evil here?
If FRNs are so undesirable (and we know they are worthless), why do they want them?

Notice to the people of the Federation of State-At-Large:  This presentation of TMA© Orientation Plan that we developed and taught over a self-imposed time-out period as an assembly was precisely to develop the education plans that we were lacking and move forward to the next level, albeit rearranged to a more sensible knowledge path once we had them all done, here presented in order produced.  Someone did not want us to develop nor implement this, and this is posted here to show that we were indeed taking a step back and teaching the right things in order to offset the lies being blatantly told about TMA© and the Coordinator.  This is your facts and evidence about what we were doing and why.  And Module 21 is the one that really didn't sit well with Amy Hunt nor Anna von Reitz. Why is that?  Everyone else liked it and appreciated it from the National Coordinator Call version to this one, which impressed John Butruccio.  Anna listened to the false accusations of people who had not been properly trained by us or were identified as infiltrators to her and the Federation.  And so the Hunt Assembly is fraudulently constituted now with people who did not take Orientation training and/or were offended by it, when it is backed up by facts, evidence, and sound reasoning.  If an assembly can't complete it's mission by the Coordinator doing his job, how is anything to get done properly?  Anna is making it up as she goes and she supports assemblies who also make it up as they go, so they are becoming and will become something not American.  She is executing MK Ultra tactics on the minds of all ASNs in every assembly as I pointed out in my Notices, to wit, presenting/enforcing mutually exclusive information for the express purpose of cognitive dissonance psychological abuse, using 'carrot and stick' tactics to keep everyone in either greed or fear.  No organization can survive or be productive with that kind of constant fluidity, contradiction, wrangling, abuse, and battle of wills; which is due to pride/arrogance/narcissism. The narrative push continues for people to give GFG their money (FRNs = Federal Reserve Notes) in exchange for AFDs (American Federation Dollars, which don't exist), selling the hopium that at some point in the future (which will never come) they can cash-in for extreme amounts of value, couched in all kinds of Godless, frequency resonance clap-trap "love" hype that follow doctrines of the current lie that is satanism more than anything else.  Again, using the appearance of positive word salad to guide your fear-motivation about banking failure and greed-motivation that only they can preserve value and give an appearance of providing your wealth inheritance... but you gotta do something for it first.  See it yet? June 4th, 2024 NOTICE-TO-PRINCIPALS-IS-NOTICE-TO-AGENTS; NOTICE-TO-AGENTS-IS-NOTICE-TO-PRINCIPALS. To:  Amy Kathleen Hunt From:  Paul Douglas Peterson Subject:  Public Notice of Response to Your Conditional Acceptance Offer, dated May 10th, 2024 (sent via email to original distribution list on June 4th, 2024 at approximately 9:30AM) You have received my Notices from April 25th and May 14th, 2024, but just to be clear, I am writing you a short notice about the one you sent.  Since you have been noticed along with Anna Maria Reizinger, AKA Anna von Reitz, et alia (AVR), I will not repeat here what those notices said, so please review them in detail (hereinafter referred to as “Notices”). Your Notice of Conditional Acceptance is hereby rebutted and returned in total for the following reasons:
  • The presumptions upon which your Notice is based are completely false.  Since it is well known that the assets in question that you want to lay claim to are the property of The Michigan Assembly© (TMA©), an unincorporated entity manned by existing officers and founding members who have upheld their word and agreements, and this state of being was well comprehended and understood for some 2 ½ years, our ownership of these assets is the default position.  This makes you the claimant who would have the burden of proof, which you cannot provide.  We do not have any such burden.
  • We reject and rebut any and all such claims, contract offers, et alia now and in the future, forever and in perpetuity, as there will not be a time in which we are going to agree to hand over our assets.  There is no “belonging to the people on Michigan” as there was never, and still is not, an autonomous assembly that has standing in good order on Michigan, again, as was explained in my Notices and in the TMA© Orientation Plan.  As we return assets to people who donated them in proper proportion as to what is left, you will have to start over completely.  If you didn’t want that, you should have thought about that before staging an unlawful, dishonorable coup with an attempt to steal assets that aren’t yours. They aren’t AVR’s either, and all you’ve done is create a new contractor to execute agreements with her, and she’s in breach of contract too.
  • A Conditional Acceptance is a commerce instrument, and therefore, it is sea jurisdiction, not land jurisdiction; it is an offer to contract based on agreed-upon conditions, not inaction and somehow you have an accord.
    • Contracts on the land and soil must be a meeting of the minds under common/public law, which you don’t have.  In fact, you do not have any autograph of anyone from TMA©, least of all me; however, we do have your autograph and seal on a common law agreement with us and Affirmation of Purpose and Conduct, and it is you who are in breach of contract, you who have obligations.
    • You cannot even lawfully offer an American State National (ASN) such an instrument; therefore, it is fraud on it’s face and completely invalid and dead on arrival.  Additionally, such Notice was not in good delivery.  Any commerce code instruments, administrative process, et alia are based on commerce/sea jurisdiction code; ASNs are not subject to those codes.
  • Basing what you are doing on the writings, rantings, words, and lies of AVR makes you participants in the fraud I pointed out in the Notices referenced above.  She has no authority to do what she did, presented no evidence of wrongdoing, and now has given you support to set up a district assembly that is unlawful.  The “Federation of States” is a sham entity made up of 3 people, not transparent, unaccountable, and ran like a house of royals.  If you can’t see that, I can’t help you.  One thing you shouldn’t be learning from her is to threaten us, which your Notice contains:  Threats.  This makes your Notice also unlawful.
Your obligations to me and the rest of TMA© is the Law of Peace and God’s Moral Law.  You decided to leave under dishonest circumstances and in breach of contract, that’s your business, but we will not ignore these facts, and you dishonored yourself in doing so, which I warned you of.  You are obligated to Cease and Desist of any and all contact with us.  We have not reached out to you further, other than the Notices that were sent initially with which you are also obligated to comply.  As ASNs now living in the private, we expect and demand our sovereignty and our privacy be respected.
