We have detailed instructions once you interact with your RS. To be blunt, we are not anyone's monkeyboyz. But we have volunteered to help repopulate the land and soil jurisdiction and restore it. Everyone needs to learn how to do this and help do it by agreement. After getting on the land and soil as an ASN, you get on MatterMost by invitation in order to have ASNs only social/business media. Learn how to live in the private, unincorporated. Then, perhaps, that will prepare you to work as a group in the same way. We're not changing the system, we are restoring it. "They" already changed it via fraud and deceit. And everyone who lived over the last 160 years... let them.

Follow real virtues and you'll be fine. Defy corporate conditioning. It's not appropriate on the land and soil. Common Law is simple and easy. When in doubt, follow the Golden Rule, and things like patience, consideration, humility, and self control. If you're going to control your own destiny, it starts with personal responsibility. Do ppl even know what that means anymore? Common Law is a subroutine of principles in the mind of the People, and God's Law written on our hearts.

Do not have false expectations. This only means the sooner you commit to getting started in earnest, the sooner your path will lie before you in clarity, and the sooner you can take the journey. Greetings to everyone who has inquired to The Michigan Assembly (TMA) unincorporated. The purpose of this email is to reach out, reconnect, and let you know we are alive and well. Once we have your attention and our recertification as an Assembly of the Federation of States, we can begin your journey with us to repopulate the jurisdictions of the Land and Soil together... and reconstruct the real American government. UPDATE as of Jan 25th: TMA has just been recertified by Anna von Reitz and is a member of the Federation of States!

We apologize for the radio silence, but if you have been following Anna Von Reitz's blog (at annavonreitz.com), specifically from post #3230. Meltdown in Michigan http://annavonreitz.com/meltdowninmichigan.pdf, you would know that our assembly was dissolved due to infiltrator trouble. We are reorganizing, and have taken steps to protect the assembly with a vetting process that is objective, behavior based, and less intrusive than a corporate employer. When you receive requests for our contact form, it is very basic, and we decided with Anna to make the “Getting to Know You” questionnaire entirely voluntary.

Everyone involved in the core group working on the reorganization are volunteers with their own businesses and jobs, so getting everyone's schedules aligned and also to work on the response has been a difficult, time-consuming task, along with the restrictive environment everyone has had to potentially endure during this time. However, we have had a convergence of such alignment to more earnestly refocus and get down to TMA business, and we are now recertified with the Federation of States as an unincorporated member State. Correcting your status from a U.S. (corporate) citizen (the subject of The Fraud) to American State National, a living man on the Land and Soil, is the providence of free-men. (And let's be clear on language, which the fraudsters have redefined for too long to obfuscate and confuse: Men is an inclusive term for all of Mankind as the Creator defined us in Genesis 1:27. And then there are two kinds of us men: Male and female. After all, woman literally means "from man".) And truly free men must self-govern. We've seen where leaving it up to a few has gotten us. In order to self-govern, one must self-educate; otherwise, how will you know what must be done? How will you know what to do or what is expected of you by the Public (Common) Law and the Constitutions? How will you know your responsibilities to society and what is owed to you under these laws... the real law, not statutory/corporate/commercial/admiralty law? (Again, see what they've done there with mincing words? More on that in a minute.)

Anna Von Reitz and the Federation of States have provided the educational materials for you to self-educate about our real history, laws, and the construction of The Fraud you're now living under wherein they tell you that you have rights, and then deny them in practice, counting on you to consent, go along to get along, and then railroad you in court while counting on you to NOT know what to do as you place your faith in "BAR Attorneys" (British Accreditation Registry, non-FARA declared foreign agents, who seem to be Americans, but are U.S. citizens with British titles of "esquire"; and remember, a "title" means given and owned by the Queen of England, who ultimately works for the Pope, but I digress.) The short answer is, the attorneys work for "them", not you. Their job is to plunder you and treat you like a slave, while giving the appearance of due process.

I will not be able to cover all that must be known in an email, or even a series of emails; therefore, please go through the following list (at the bottom of this email) just to start with as a matter of continuing education while you wait for TMA to reach out about paperwork and your decision to correct your status. After all, it is not TMA's job to manage your life or rescue you as a free man. On the contrary: We can help you correct your status at a very minimal cost and become part of the real reconstruction of American government on the Land and Soil, but it is your own responsibility to defend and enforce your own rights, the rights of others, enforce the Public Law and Constitutions (as you will see in the Sign In America course), and to know what to say once out of their system if the police or courts try to recapture you. Freemen present themselves to the world, and are NOT "represented" by attorneys, which is viewed as incompetent under their laws.

Self-education takes time and must be continuous, so please, take it seriously and give yourself time for your mind to unwind it and integrate it into your being to the point you can speak with conviction about it from the heart. You must unlearn the corporate world language, practices, attitudes, etc... and relearn what it means to be a living American, not only on paper, but in fact. Remember, you've been lied to your whole life, and we're all relearning how to self-govern, and ultimately, bring justice to the criminals that trafficked us to other jurisdictions on paper from birth.

WHY Anna von Reitz?

Greetings again from The Michigan Assembly (TMA) unincorporated!

I hope your journey into the self-education list I gave you has been fruitful so far. It is certainly a lot to take in, but be diligent and give yourself time. Your mind will wrap around it. Just shut out the noise of the world around you, turn off the TV if you haven't already, tune out the naysayers and other offers looking to make a buck off of you while appearing to be giving you the right msgs (only with certain key things missing), and concentrate on The American States Assemblies (TASA) or The Federation of States.

The subject and purpose of this email is to answer the question: Why Anna von Reitz? What makes her so special in the face of all the other authors and pundits, lawyers and professors, governments and politicians, etc? Why is she the way out of The Fraud and not somebody else of MY OWN choosing? Does it really matter? Answer: Yes... yes it does. Keep reading...

I will try to keep this short and point you to further research leads, but let me start by giving you the "tells" on how to know if you're being played by what amounts to controlled opposition. First, let's define controlled opposition: An entity or person that appears to talk like you, believe like you, say what you long to hear, but then slowly misguide you to the wrong things while maintaining an appearance of being on task to the right solutions. (This is why nothing ever gets done in their system and why entire swaths of people in political circles cannot achieve anything, even when it seems they have the support to do so.) See, their job is to capture you, mislead you, and make you ineffective, all while playing your emotions, including leading you to be insensed or offended if anyone speaks out against the controlled opposer leading the way. (Instead, be effective, not offended. After all, who was it that said "by their deeds, you will know them."?)

So, what are the tells in this case:
1. Hate Anna.
2. You don't have to change your political/legal status to change the government.

Those are key misdirections and lies, especially that last one... a real whopper!

As you will see, Anna von Reitz is the American Fiduciary, who has, through her Living Law Firm, positioned herself legally and lawfully in the international jurisdiction with the international courts as said fiduciary with a lien on ALL American assets. How and why, you ask? Well, you will see in your research that she caught wind of the international banksters fraudulently making claims to the international courts that they were claiming all assets on the land in America (since the land jurisdiction is international) due to being abandoned, that is, they claimed there were no Americans left inhabiting the land jurisdiction... at least not on paper. (They trafficked everyone off to other jurisdictions at birth for generations, and slicky-doo, right on time, as the old codgers die off, the bankers are right there saying American land is abandoned!) Anna called "Poppycock", though I wouldn't blame her if she'd used another compound word found down on the farm. So, she filed a blocking lien against all American assets as a living woman on the Land and Soil along with her family, proving that America was NOT abandoned.

In your research, you will also be able to answer the question: Why James Clinton Belcher as the American sovereign and hereditary keeper of the American seals, and why he has the authority as such to call the American States Assemblies into session, which they haven't been since 1860. We are reconstructing the real government, since the "Reconstruction" following the Civil War was NOT a reconstruction, but a construction of the sea jurisdiction/admiralty/corporate commerce law brought on land and set up with government service corporations by the military under emergency powers and the Act of 1871... but that is another area of study you will get into. Suffice to say for now that through distractions and false flags, intriuge and bankruptcies, central banking and taxation, and planned booms and busts, piece by piece they slowly put their system together until they instituted the birth certificate fraud on paper in 1933 as part of FDR's final bankruptcy of our country, which was cured and settled in 2020 (hence all the planned unrest and moving against the people, the priority creditors in an attempt to steal it all back). See, contrary to popular belief as pushed in history classes and labor unions across the county since WWII, FDR was one of the most evil men in history, using birth certificates as bonds (bond is root for bondage) pledging the people themselves as collateral against the public debt to the World Bank and Internaional Monetary Fund where they use your corporate trade name and trade your bonds and derivatives to make money all your life, then "cash in your chips" when you die... because you or your family didn't know to claim those gifted assets they funded, treating you as "dead and lost at sea".

THE ROLE OF THE COORDINATOR AND THE SERIOUSNESS OF ASSEMBLING

Greetings from The Michigan Assembly!

There has been some confusion in the past as to who is who and why is who in the Assembly, which has caused some confusion and conflict in the past. We are trying to dispel those kinds of things from the beginning this time because provacateurs take that ball and run with it at the first sign that those involved don't know what to think... hence the important emphasis on self-education. If you know who you are and where you stand, and who you're dealing with in all things, then no one can pull such wool over your eyes. Most recently, we had an individual try to bring in an outside entity to mislead our people using fear of missing out (FOMO) on banking instructions, which is supposed to come from Anna, but it wasn't; in fact, it wasn't even about banking, but our Telegram was trolled to bring our people to them for misinformation. So, I thought I'd write a bit about what the roles are within TMA so new people could have an understanding of what is supposed to go on as they self-educate.

We on land jurisdiction act in honor and truth. You may have heard on a webinar about the People's credit Anna is trying to access via the new blue dot banking system, but remember, when money gets involved, people get weird. Do not come on the land and soil for some promise of money. We are about doing what is right under God/Creator's moral law, our blessings of free will, bringing protection and justice to the People of Michigan, who are responsible for upholding the Public Law (common law) and the Constitutions. Whether we sort out the rest remains to be seen.

The Coordinator is the Federation representative setting up the Assembly during the assembling phase. The job of the Coordinator is essentially, protecting the people and their assets via our access to international juristictional protections via the Federation of States, sorting people into (or out of) TMA according to ability, interest, and vetting, and teaching the People of Michigan how to
1. Get on the land and soil,
2. Set up the Assembly according to the reconstruction plan of original govt on land and soil jurisdiction,
3. Live in the private.

Whether I am forgetting something in this moment or not, that is a tall order for an unpaid volunteer, and so I am not going to argue nor play games about this stuff. There are plenty of scheisters out there and operatives trying to confuse, obfuscate, and mislead in sea jurisdiction, so we are taking guidance and leadership from the Federation, who has oversight authority. So, no, we are not taking the advice of outside entities, authors, patriot movements, or any other sea jurisdiction officials and players. Sea jurisdiction/corporate drama is just that: DRAMA and DISTRACTION. The more they waste our time, the more they stave off the reconstruction of their employers and the justice that will invariably come for them. In the end the Coordinator will teach the assembly how to stand properly constructed and autonomously with the blessing of the Federation when accomplished, and then the Coordinator position sunsets as the assembly moves from the assembling phase to the governing phase. That's when the fun begins. So, stay focused on the mission at hand and do not waiver from it. That comes most solidly through self-education from the Federation of States.

The role of the Recording Secretaries are witnesses to your paperwork and your act of coming on the land and soil jurisdiction. That's it. They may give guidance as to where to find information you seek and set you on the path to doing your paperwork, but that is the point: It is YOUR paperwork, it is YOUR claim, to reclaim your good name and put it back on the land and soil where it belongs, not "dead and lost at sea", the presumption of the corporations masquerading as the govt, calling you a corporation in your person, when you're really a living people. The Contact 123 guidance emails you receive will set you on the right path, and your contact with the Recording Secretaries will be when they need to take action on your case as you approach them to do that at the right time in the established process, but please do not play 20 questions with them. It will only slow them down on witnessing work for you and for others.

To sum up, remember what we're doing here: We're teaching you how to self govern. YOU are supposed to be learning how to self govern, which takes responsibility and effort. You must learn how to self govern your own affairs (unincorporated affairs) and practice them, before you can learn how to self govern as a group, as a real govt. The paperwork isn't something to just print, sign, file and forget. It is a journey of self governance, not something that anyone else services but you, so you need to edcuate yourself about it and understand what you're doing and how to file it. We will be verifying if it was done correctly at some point. We don't do your paperwork, you do. We verify, ask YOU to correct, record, publish.

So, in this vein, do you think that we should be pushed or made to chase taking care of all that needs to be done manually and individually as you wait around for us to answer multiple emails or services you can do yourself? Or do you think we should use the tools the federation has given us to track, manage, and teach with? Do you think 100 people can accomplish more work in the same time than 3 doing the work for 100 ppl... or more, much much more?

The Michigan Assembly: OUR PREPARATIONS, PLAN, and PROGRESS - Setting expectations

Greetings from The Michigan Assembly (TMA)!

Paul Peterson here, TMA Coordinator. I wanted to provide an update email as to progress on our preparations and plan to rebuild TMA. We could take a very small handful of people, wing it with emails flying all over, and in chaos attempt to oil the squeaky wheels. BUT that is neither efficient nor wise, so we are building a process that makes an orderly education system of those wanting to correct their status, and orderly progression to becoming an American State National (ASN), a living man on the land and soil jurisdiction, rather than the presumption of being "dead and lost at sea" as a corporate entity, all without knowing and doing what the sea jurisdiction/admiralty law corporations tell you to do as they masquerade as the govt, expecting you to leave governance up to others, rather than engaging in self government as originally intended and designed on America. So here is the outline of what we are doing, what is coming, and how we will accomplish it with a sensible measure of security and confidence.

Roadmap to ASN:
1. Self-education - To comprehend the Fraud, how to fix it, and how to do your own paperwork from Anna von Reitz's advice and contribution of legal/lawful paperwork. Know who you are and where you stand! Remember to turn off the TV and radio to defend against the propaganda and corporate drama distraction.
2. Correct your status and reclaim your name. Using Anna von Reitz's templates, you will be doing your own paperwork, via the Declaration of 1779 process; only one original set is necessary. The 928 long process is not necessary at first and often way too much to take in at first for most people. It may be desirable later, even necessary for certain functions within TMA, but is not a necessity for getting on the land and soil to begin with as an ASN. You can find the templates, instructions and advice here [on this website].  Please read it all.
What you will need, choosing the templates with the applicable signature blocks (most ppl will use the Notary Public blocks):
- Declaration of 1779
- 2 Witness forms
- Original or certified copy of your Birth Certificate.
- Common Carry Declaration
- Declaration of Political Status

3. Proofread the paperwork you did yourself with a Recording Secretary when invited to do so to make sure it's right before executing at which time you will receive a checklist on exactly what to do. "Leave the red areas red until they're proofread." We will only accept emailed copies of original *.rtf files on a proofread. That will be the format you download and change from TASA site.
4. Execute paperwork with a STATE OF STATE Notary Public according to the checklist given to you at that time. If you live near your Recording Secretary, you may do the notarizing with him/her too, provided you choose that signature block on the original template.
5. Record your paperwork ($25).
6. Notify the STATE OF STATE with Letters of Notice via registered mail. Be prepared to prove this to your Recording Secretary with proofs of mailing and returned green cards.
7. Publish your paperwork and Letters of Notice with the land jurisdiction Land Recording Office (LRO) ($25).
8. Purchase your credential card ($50), which is your ASN ID for use on the street as notice of who you are and where you stand to anyone in sea jurisdiction claiming authority over you.

The above is not a complete list of specific instructions; rather, an overview plan of what to expect in the very near future while setting you on the path to start looking into and working with your paperwork. As you can see, this requires us to be able to connect with hundreds of people at very specific times, so we must have a process that will accommodate this with a minimum of time to connect in real time. Self-governance requires your participation, work, and attention to detail with a minimum of services required from us. We don't do it for you. We teach you how to do it yourself, and then act as witnesses to your declarations and "notice" them so you can live in the private and NOT in their corporate system.

After that, we will talk about how we will build the assembly. The short answer is, I will reach out to the new ASNs under the heading "getting to know you" to find out what contact information you'd like to correspond with, what your skills and interests are relating to TMA, and begin the vetting process for anyone who would like to join TMA. Becoming an ASN is not the same as joining TMA. ANYONE can become an ASN; but there will be vetting for TMA members, and stiffer vetting for those wishing to take on a responsibility with TMA, including those who wish to become State Citizens to decide International Business. TMA Correct Your Status Paperwork Instructions - How To and Who To?

Greetings from TMA!

I hope you have been doing your research and wrapping your mind around all that we've asked you to, between unlearning your corporate conditioning, defying all the lies you've been told all your life, and relearning what it means to be a real American (not U.S. Citizen), which starts by correcting your legal/lawful status and defying their presumptions about you. This is a necessary step in reclaiming your name. Notices to them will come after that.

In our last email, you received an overview of the process, where to find the paperwork, and what is expected of you toward its completion.

In this email you are receiving specific instructions as to how to approach and work with your recording secretary (RS), who will be instrumental in guiding you on checking your work, recording/publishing, etc. They have checklists and detailed instructions as to how this gets done. If you jump the gun on executing the paperwork, if it is not right, you will be sent to do it again. Details in this matter, right down to the color of the ink.

Here is the process: (Please follow these instructions, then all instructions from your RS.) [Notice: This website is completed since this email was published; please work your way through it, which should reflect the instructions put forth back then.]

1. We will only accept Anna von Reitz template paperwork. TASA does have some resources for paperwork generation like LRO, LRS, and Status Select; while that might be more convenient for those that can pay the fee, it doesn't teach you anything. Therefore, we encourage people to do their own using the TASA templates via .rtf files here: [https://themichiganassembly.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/process-and-checklist.pdf]

These are the documents you will need:
- Declaration of 1779
- 2 Witness forms
- Original or certified copy of your Birth Certificate.
- Common Carry Declaration
- Declaration of Political Status

If married, you can add the marriage form.
If children, use the Baby Deeds for each.
Please choose the appropriate signature block sets of forms. Most will use the Notary Public signature blocks. If you plan on requesting to meet your RS to execute your paperwork, download and use the forms with Recording Secretary signature blocks.

(For those who paid to have their paperwork done for them and received .pdf files, proceed to #3 below.)

2. These detailed instructions are written from the perspective that you are doing your paperwork yourself, not paying to have it done for you. DO NOT CHANGE anything that is not in red. Once completed, do not change those areas to black until proofread.

3. Once you have completed your paperwork according to the document list, it is imperative that you contact your RS properly and orderly. Please use the subject line, "Proofreading Service Needed" in order to get attention. Those who do this will get a reply. Do not expect service without this.

4. Upload only .rtf files you downloaded and changed, leaving red areas red until proofread. Follow the ensuing instructions of your RS.

5. Upon approval of your proofreading, your RS will give you a checklist and set of instructions on EXACTLY how to execute the paperwork, the supplies you will need, the fee schedule of recording/publishing, etc. If you are planning on meeting with RS to execute your paperwork, please use email subject line, "Recording Service Needed".

6. If you have executed your paperwork with a Notary Public (STATE OF STATE entity, being commissioned by the STATE OF MICHIGAN via a COUNTY OF COUNTY entity), you will contact your RS again using the email subject line, "Publishing Service Needed".

7. Once your RS has responded to you, you can either upload .pdf scans of your paperwork (each document as separate file, preferred) or mail them physically if your RS is OK with that. He/she will provide you with instructions as to what to do in that case. NOTE: Pictures of your paperwork will not, nor ever, be acceptable.

8. Once published in the LRO (Land Recording Office), you will be an American State National! You will receive instructions from your RS as to the Notice letters you need to send to the STATE OF STATE to give them Notice as to your status change. In other words, once you refute their presumptions, you have to tell on yourself, which protects you. They can't say they didn't know, and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent. Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Your RS will have the forms and the process on how to do that.

9. Once your Notice process is completed, you will be instructed that you may send for a Credential Card on the LRO. Do not do this before you are instructed to. <--- VERY IMPORTANT. Your card will not be processed anyway until your Notice letters are published in the LRO.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF EDUCATION...

If everyone doesn't find out what's really going on within the context of what has really been set up, if everyone continues to go along with what they think they've been taught by society all their lives or go along with their conditioning, it makes no sense to rush to set up our assembly... or rush anything within the assembly for that matter. I am giving everyone some room to educate and learn as you also unlearn and defy your conditioning, and the first thing everyone must overcome is the pride in thinking you cannot be fooled or lied to. Humility and open mindedness is what will save you from the hell of their system. That begins by turning off your TV and re-evaluating what you think you know with Anna von Reitz's information from her blogs and the TASA website as enumerated in the research list in the pinned posts.

The short answer is, people need to accept that they need to be their own lawyers, and they need to recognize the real context. They need to understand that the law of the land (jurisdiction) doesn't really apply to them because of the Act of 1871 and the 14th Amendment (regardless of the candy in that amendment, there is a terrible poison pill of U.S. Citizenship). Comprehend that the official definitions of Black's Law Dictionary and established U.S. Code is that United States is a corporation, and a foreign one at that, and citizen means public servant. Therefore, a U.S. Citizen is a public servant of the U.S. Corp, which fits the Municipal Trust in that U.S. Citizens are the trustees who bear the responsibility of working for the Trust, whose beneficiaries are the government corporations. If you don't comprehend even that much, you cannot function in a focused manner in an assembly, and we will spin our wheels.

Get educated in the proper information. Get yourselves prepared. Know what you're doing to declare your status and continue education so we can build an effective government of the People. Be effective, not offended. After all, we are gonna need our people to act as a legal/lawful think tank to amass certain researched points in order to defeat opposition down to the local level because their attorneys are gonna say whatever they want, even against their own laws, because they know the legal persons in their Trust do not know any better. And remember attorneys are non-FARA declared British agents, and therefore, felons and even traitors. You need to comprehend that too. No sense talking about any of it if we all talk past each other... and I know I am not gonna argue about this stuff. It is beyond argument, and when everyone comprehends that, we can finally get somewhere.

DONATIONS! DONATIONS! DONATIONS!

There were only 4 donations on paypal during April so far, way down from March. If you wanna make a difference, We the People need to fund the Assembly at least until we can access our credit. My concern is, that won't happen until we have quorem in our jural assembly, which takes vetted American State Citizens (ASCs), meaning people getting on the land and soil jurisdiction (coming home), and then we do the correct filings to obtain recognition from the Provost Marshal General (because believe it or not, you live in a soft state of Marshal Law, a military protectorate masquerading as a civilian govt). That takes funding, and in the meantime, they need to be noticed that We the People are coming and they need to come under common law. This should hopefully slow them down, make them think, and begin to understand us, not the other way around, and again, hopefully, be better prepared to obey when we set up our courts. Many things must happen together.

UPDATE: If "they" have their way, does anyone really think money or assets means anything since you already know the following facts:

And just to cover Trump and the Whitehats (no matter what else is said about it), let's face it: They (whitehat military) cannot return American power and assets to the People unless the People show up. They're taking so long to wrap up the sea jurisdiction because they're waiting on us to set up the "proper civil power" under COG. <—- quote from Trump's inaugural speech about returning the power to the People. So... what are we waiting for?

Let's accomplish our goals while we can still use fiat currency readily. July is their deadline for trying to capture the People in a CBDC system. Let's have our goals in place by then. It will take money/funding/donations, however you need to think on it to make it palatable to talk about. Remember, its only vulgar when the People talk about it among themselves, but they can tell you what you're gonna do with your money all day long on TV, and it's supposed to be just fine. TO:  Kelita Jackson on Wayne County, Michigan.

The Michigan Assembly© has voted to Notice you about your activities in our name as of the date of this Notice.

It appears that Kelita Jackson filed paperwork on the Land Recording Office (LRO) to become an American State National. She stayed living in the private and is not a member of The Michigan Assembly©, nor can she claim to be part of the Assembly. Kelita Jackson had asked for rescission from the LRO and therefore, has been disassociated from The American States Assembly, the Federation of States, and her credential card will not work.  Over the past year or more Kelita Jackson has mined our website and Mattermost ASN media for information and set up a gravy train misleading people with bad information in order to get money from them to sell them trusts (which ASNs do not ever do as it means entering the defacto system again), and other services that ASNs can do themselves, and that U.S. Citizens do not have the status to do, such as the MOCEE process; however, anyone can correct their status back to the land and soil jurisdiction for free (See Correct Your Status link on TheMichiganAssembly.org). The only fees are small publishing fees on the LRO.

Kelita Jackson is building the same old scams as the defacto.  The latest is now race-baiting people, saying such lies that "You don't have to correct your status if you're caucasian"  and that "race doesn't matter is misinformation", when there is no such thing as "race" really, and on the land and soil, you are either free or you're not.  There is no race here, nor race-baiting.  The 14th Amendment of the corporate system saw to it that everyone is enslaved the same as "U.S. Citizens", and if you read Ann von Reitz's book "You Know Something is Wrong When...", you realize that they made 2 classes of U.S. Citizen between negros and caucasians, giving the appearance of "racism" in their system, not ours.

Kelita Jackson is defrauding people out of their money with misrepresentation of fact and lies, i.e., Fraud.  She is in dishonor and is committing crimes against the General Public from the land and soil.

2023.08.09 - Your Governments: Real or Fake?

What you think is the government... is it real or fake?

With all the seeming debauchery from politicians, political parties, and the so-called government itself seeming to violate our rights on a daily basis, fleece us for money at every turn (fees, taxes, and required payments to things like insurances or registrations), we need to ask, "what's really going on here?"  Why does it seem more and more lawless out there as time goes on?  Why is my government disrespecting my rights?  How can they do this?  How did we get here?  Is the government really the government, or is it something else?  Let's look into it with demonstrable facts and evidence, shall we?

Did you know the CITY OF CHEBOYGAN is a corporation?  If you use the Dun & Bradstreet DUNS number lookup (https://www.dnb.com/duns-number/lookup.html) and explore the "Other Company" area for the United States, what you find are listings with DUNS numbers which you can have emailed to you.  A DUNS number is a business credit rating number, much like a social security number for individuals, only for corporations, but unlike the EIN, which is for taxes.  The CITY OF CHEBOYGAN, Inc (DUNS #10-675-1654), is one such corporation.  They have a police dept they use to enforce their, technically, corporate rules, in the business of making profit via the appearance of policing the streets of the city; they "serve and protect" the corporation, not you.  The city itself is further in the business of taxing you, regulating your activities, and charging you for your water and other "government" services, making them a government service corporation.  But who does that corporation really work for?  You or themselves?

How about the DNR?  The DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION for Northern Michigan is located at 1732 West M-32, Gaylord, Michigan.  It is one of two corporations called the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Inc (DUNS #12-683-4670) and the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Inc (DUNS #62-128-6504), which are subsidiary corporations of the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, Inc (HQ; DUNS #80-533-9991), which is a subsidiary corporation of the EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #80-388-9070), which is a subsidiary of the STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #05-469-8428).  ß Notice how the supposed “state” government is also a corporation.

And who are you really dealing with in Michigan at the Secretary of State?  You’ve been told “you have to” get a driver’s license and registration plates for your vehicles, right?  When you go into such office, you are visiting a branch of the DEPARTMENT OF STATE MICHIGAN, Inc (HQ; DUNS #18-631-3342), [subsidiary to the EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #80-388-9070), subsidiary of the STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #05-469-8428)]; but sometimes called MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF STATE, Inc, depending on the branch location, but always “doing business as” the SECRETARY OF STATE.  The Cheboygan branch is the DEPARTMENT OF STATE MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #78-960-9856).  And so, what are you really doing?  You are consenting to the “requirement” to buy something from a corporate branch office (like visiting a bank branch) in order to exercise your right to travel, only they call it “driving”, which has a connotation in Black’s Law dictionary that you are a commercial carrier when buying and using these contractual products, and thereby putting you under the thumb of the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Inc (DUNS #80-534-0361) and the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF STATE POLICE, Inc (DUNS #80-534-0247) [both subsidiaries of the aforementioned “EXECUTIVE OFFICE” corporation] and their affiliates and agents statewide. So charges of “No DL, no plate” simply means “you failed to buy something from us, cyclically.”  Must be nice to have a monopoly on guaranteed sales, eh?

Let's examine some other so-called "governments" in the area.  The COUNTY OF CHEBOYGAN, Inc, DBA SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT (DUNS #79-910-5320), located at 870 S. Main, Cheboygan, Michigan is a subsidiary of the COUNTY OF CHEBOYGAN, Incorporated (DUNS #03-862-2874) in the business of making profit via the appearance of law enforcement and jail services to the county, along with other county "government" services.  Who does that corporation work for? And is the building really the Cheboygan County Courthouse?  A quick check of the above address at the county GIS mapping services (https://cheboygancounty.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=2cff11d16da24065ba0d56214ee1fca9), Parcel ID 055-006-200-001-00, shows that the property is owned by [COUNTY OF CHEBOYGAN, DBA] CHEBOYGAN COUNTY. Fair enough. But the courts are state courts who are tenants of the county's building, not part of the county; there is no "county court", but there is a county jail.

The 89TH DISTRICT COURT (Cheboygan) is the locally assumed name of THE JUDICIARY COURTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #62-488-8293), which is a subsidiary corporation of the JUDICIARY COURTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN (HQ; DUNS #36-070-9356), which is a subsidiary corporation of the STATE OF MICHIGAN, Inc (DUNS #05-469-8428). As a commerce law court operating in the MUNICIPAL jurisdiction, it can only hear commerce law cases between corporations.  Does that sound like it should be judging people to you?  Unless they converted your name in ALL CAPS to a MUNICIPAL corporation too, eh? So, are they government service corporations answering to the People (which begs the question, who are the People, really?), or corporations masquerading as government? How does any of this matter?  It's called "The Clearfield Doctrine."

Corporations acting as government do not have sovereignty; in fact, according to The Clearfield Doctrine (Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States, 318 U.S. 363-371; 1943; 42 USC 1983), such corporations have no more authority than any other private or public corporation, the ability to sue and be sued among other corporations, save within itself administratively to it’s own employees and dependents.  Such corporations must obey the Constitutions and the Public Law; government service corporations need to fulfill their contracts and treaties in order to retain any delegated powers. Delegated from who, under what contract (Constitution?) or treaty?  Just who are they beholden to?  and how?  And if not govt, you don't have public officials, rather corporate officers impersonating govt officials, which is a crime.

You may think you elected these people, but they have used corporate governance to appear like it’s representative government, but it’s actually government by proxy, which you can understand if you look into what shareholder’s meetings are for and how proxy voting is done.  If you really have a right to vote, all you should have to do is prove where you live and that you’re a citizen; however, they make you “register to vote” which puts you willingly (but without disclosure) into their corporate elections as a shareholder/stakeholder (meaning sharing in their debts).  Government by proxy, not by representation, and since the Constitution guarantees a “republican form of government” (i.e., by representation) means corporate government is also unconstitutional.

Change the names, cities, counties, and you'll find the same things.  Do you really have real governments?  Or rogue criminal corporations perched atop your lives, crapping down your necks for your money?
