Welcome!

You got this card somehow and are wondering what it’s all about. This will be a short introduction for you. Keep an open mind, because what we have been taught in school about our government has been built mostly on lies. Why? To keep us arguing against each other instead of standing up to the real criminals: The supposed “elites” of the world, who rule over entire governments through deceit.

Let this be an invitation to you to push in and study this out, because this goes so much deeper that we ever thought possible. This page is meant to give you just a snippet of information using what you already know. Once we comprehend the fraud, we can work together to dismantle it and reconstruct our government, peacefully, the way it should have been after the Civil War.

 

Let’s begin…

According to the Constitution we are all familiar with (there is actually more than one, but that’s another story!), the 14th Amendment states:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”

First, some definitions. (NOTE: These are “legal” definitions, not “lawful” definitions. More on the difference here.)

Person – In general usage, a human being (i.e. natural person), though by statute term may include a firm, labor organizations, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, trustees in bankruptcy, or receivers. (Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th Edition). Also, see here. 

the United States – Notice the lowercase t. It is not part of the title. This United States refers to the federal (contract) municipal corporation masquerading as our government. See the lower right section of this chart. For a fantastic explanation of the chart, see this video. The geographic boundary of this United States is the municipality (city) of Washington D.C.,

Subject – One who owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by that sovereign’s laws. (Black’s Law Dictionary, 5th Edition)

Jurisdiction – A government’s general power to exercise authority over all persons and things within its territory. (Black’s Law Dictionary, 9th Edition)

Using these definitions, let’s look at the 14th Amendment again…

“All persons
(does this refer to natural people or some type of entity? We aren’t told)

born or naturalized in the United States
(Washington, D.C. or some other territories, as stated here…see point #9)

and subject
(owing allegiance)

to the jurisdiction
(power exercised over all persons)

thereof, are citizens of the United States
(declaring a new thing here. There were no “citizens of the United States” before this amendment)

and of the state wherein they reside.”
(Now we see that there are two citizenships in the amendment! For more proof, see this case from 1873.)

U.S. Citizen Challenge

There are conditions to being a “citizen of the United States”. If you were born or live in Washington, D.C., Guam, American Samoa or the American Virgin Islands, you become one. Other things make you a subject, such as taking some type of paycheck or benefit from the Federal Government. Why do you think they want so many people on welfare?

However, if you answered No to all of the above questions, then you likely are NOT a “citizen of the United States”. The problem is, you have been presumed to be one all your life! When we agree with this presumption (by checking that citizenship box on any form), even though we don’t know any better, they can presume other things about you. You owe us thousands of tax dollars! You need to pay us fees in order to travel in your car! You must wear a medical device on your face! They can also take away what you think are rights, but they are actually “privileges“.

Once you become aware of the fraud, then it comes time to back out of it by declaring on the public record that you are not a “citizen of the United States“, or a “U.S. Citizen” for that matter.
